Nehemiah - Chapter 6: The enemy was furious that the rebuilding had not stopped. In their rage, they bribed inhabitants of Jerusalem to lie and to tempt Nehemiah to sin by entering the Holy Temple. Nehemiah refused and prayed to God for strength to continue on with his work. For 90 years the city stood defenseless, and in 52 days it was a tower of strength again. The enemies knew that this was accomplished by the hand of God and they were afraid. (How do you manage obstacles in your work for the Lord?)
